Hello.  I’m Roger Bilawchuk and the person in the picture hugging me is my wife Roxanne.  Our friends call us Rog & Rox.  Our job is really quite simple.  We help people, like you, buy and sell their homes, in the Edmonton and surrounding area. 

We’ve been in the real estate business for several years, but we’ve both been in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business nearly all our lives.  We believe in the “Customer for Life” sales philosophy and go out of our way to make sure that you’re so happy with our service that you’ll stay with us forever.  In fact, we still get cards and letters from people we dealt with 15-20 years ago.

Though I can honestly tell you that I couldn’t do much of what I do without my dear wife’s help, I can also tell you that Real Estate is my passion. 

I love listing and marketing properties, but even more, I really enjoy getting them sold quickly.  My job is to help sell your home fast, for the most money and with the least hassles.

When working with Buyers, I’m thorough and patient and ALWAYS try to ensure the buying experience is a good one, from start to finish. 

So, what makes us different from other Edmonton Area Realtors?

First of all, we have TWO ears and only ONE mouth and we use each proportionately.  We truly listen to your needs and can guarantee that we will work hard to achieve what really matters to YOU.

We are extremely creative and unique in how we market your property.  We don’t simply load the details of your property on the MLS and then wait patiently, hoping someone will come along and buy it.  Instead, we actually market your property.  We have, arguably, the BEST Property Brochures in the business.  We also use other unique marketing techniques, such as our “30 Step Custom Marketing Plan” designed specifically for your home.   We also offer something quite unique to real estate marketing, called Mini Brochures.

There are nearly 3500 Realtors in the Edmonton area.  Only 7 are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, and I’m one of those 7.  This means that I’ve been specially trained to market luxury homes.  I am also a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.  Luckily, if your home is worth less than a million, I can use many of the same techniques to market your home as I do to market a $Million Dollar Home.  I don’t charge a cent more to give you MILLION DOLLAR SERVICE.

As well, of the all Realtors in and around Edmonton, only about 40 have been trained to deal specifically with Buyers, and I’m one of those 40.  I hold the “internationally recognized” Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation which means I’ve been trained to help you find the perfect home, negotiate the best price on your behalf and get you moved in quickly.

In addition, I have special training in negotiating, meaning I won't let you pay more for your dream home than it's worth.  If you're a Seller, I won't let your home get sold for less than market value.
